3rd Unfortunate event of the week -.-

So today...... somehow our manager managed to retain her position & continued working
but still she maintained her attitude
MC for yesterday & today without notifying us.....
everybody was so pissed off with her..... and she is taking 3 days in a row off next week
on the 24 25 & 26, by right... the manager should not even be off on the 25th
so today everybody tried calling her, but she's not picking up the phone
so we decided to let the boss call her & handle her...
both my supervisors hates her a lot....
1 is only 1 year elder than me, but he is the most suitable for the manager position
but no... coz he is young, she is the one that gets the position while he only gets supervisor
but she does not know as much as him about the whole company
so he's been hating her ever since..... but faking a smile, he work, and wait for the day of her downfall, not too far away now.....
leaving that matter aside.... i'll tell u about our chef Michael

Michael is the best chef, most hardworking, smart & full of knowledge chef i've even seen....
but he is not any head chef or any position in the kitchen, just a normal chef
but in our eyes he is the head chef....
he teaches everybody how to prepare & cook, even us, he even teaches us who are not working in the kitchen, so i must say, i've learnt quite some stuff from him..... but then why he quit ??
coz our kitchen has a foreigner, named Salvatore, arrogant bastard, but head chef....
he is the one suppose to be doing all the stock counting, restocking, consulting other chefs.... and stuffs like that but no.... he never does it, he pushes all his responsibility to Michael
Michael... is the one that taught all the other chefs how to prepare & cook the dishes, restock and count the stocks everyday
while he ?? he sits one side not in the care of the kitchen stuffs & staffs, smoking & looking at the customers
so that day, on Sunday, Michael got pissed off, he quarreled with Salvatore.... coz it is a very very fucked up situation, Salvatore is a person which talks but shows no action
Michael was earning less than 5k a month, while he Salvatore earns almost 10k a month
and he does nothing, his responsibility were all pushed to Michael....
so Michael asked him..... to give him a raise to at least 9k, but he says no
It was a no tolerant situation, so Michael says he say he quit.... after 3 days
everytime Salvatore tells him not to quit, he always ask back him...
"what do u do here ? if i don't quit i'm doing all ur work, tell me for the past 4 months since Marco's opened, what have u done ?"
Salvatore said nothing... and say he does do his work....
yah rite.... i dun even see him do his work, i guess his work is observing customers & smoking
How does he get into that position in the 1st place ?? because he is a good friend of our company's owner, so our owner hired him, and put him into that position
partly he is used for business, coz here, if ppl see there's a foreign chef, it attracts them....

So then that day Thursday.... everything was in a mess, Salvatore panicked, he did not restock almost all the needed items, so because of that....... almost had no customers for that day, only the pizzas were our hope, was really a mess.... he even double made a same dish, and then blame it on us for not taking the order away...... really WTF man
that was nothing, he made everybody hated him even more today,
he was trying to persuade everybody to be his "follower", telling us the his bullshit philosophy of working attitude, but non of us listened
so what he said...... "U all listen to me, Michael... is not ur fucking boss, Melina (manager) is not ur fucking boss, not even Mr Yoon (boss of the branch) is ur fucking boss..... ME !! I am ur boss, not any fucked up person is ur boss"
well, all has been said, all the chefs got pissed off of him saying Michael is not the boss, in their eye, Michael is the boss, and we think so too...

so now all the chefs are already starting to find a new place to work...
me ?? i'm just keeping myself quiet like others..... better not start anything unnecessary that could cause misunderstandings, i'm more like a spectator now, but still all his words about Michael made me boil.... i look at Michael now, and he is like an inspiration to me now
i hope everything goes well from now on, but seems to be heading the other way though....
