Monday..... back to work

so today i got back to work.... from 9 to 6

Seems like a good day & i was expecting a busy day, and i was greeted by news of yesterday lol....but somehow today was not a busy day, instead it was pretty quiet, just like tea time..... although customers keep coming, but they were coming like 1 by 1,
i mean, 1 customer leave, 1 more comes in, and it stays like that until 1 leaves, and another comes in, it was like that until 2pm, then it became quiet, so today was talking with supervisors & assistant manager more than other days haha.... maybe another factor of this situation is because it rained like hell again, which i guess makes a difference to everybody's business.... and the rain held me up in the shop even after i had ended my shift -.-
i guess it will be nite time when it gets busy, it's Christmas Eve... most ppl will come out to celebrate, but thats just my thought.

Our "head chef" Salvatore, made a mistake.... instead of Wild mushroom Soup, he made a Sauted Mushroom, and tried to argue with me when i say it's not sauted mushroom that was on the order.... but i guess he had a slice of humble pie today, and admitted his mistake ahaha...

And because it was so empty, and we had nothing to do...... i learnt to make some beverages, made a Cafe Latte & a Christmas drink called Eggnog, and my supervisor said, he should've let me work at the Bar from the 1st day, haha, because what i made was near perfect, even the taste was there, but only 1 thing, i was a bit slow, but he said, it's alright, because as i go on, i'll get used to doing it, which enables me to do it fast....

So it will be Christmas tomorrow, and i'll be having a day off, and it will be considered as my off day of the week, but i dun really care about it being an off day or not, because i'm just working till this Thursday, but it will be an interesting day at the shop, coz our assistant manager Robert is gonna be the Santa Claus of Marco's lol, and few more of my friends will be his helper ahaha...

guess i'll be doing my christmas message now and sending it to others when it reaches 12am



Cafe Latte.... as what was said by my supervisor.... it was perfectly layered, very good appearance..... after he tasted it, he says he loved it, but cannot judge it, because everybody has their own taste.... but overall with the good appearance, the customers would welcome it with a different thought


Eggnog..... eventhough not as good as the one my supervisor made, but he said the taste was perfect, not too sweet & not tasteless
