Wow.... it's so different, What do u think ??

Heheh..... i went to my 1st day of Commercial Cookery class today, and i got my kitchen toolkit as well as the kitchen uniform.... well, kitchen work is really interesting, i never knew that it could be so full of interesting things to learn about, the enthusiasm the teacher show, the ppl around taking the course with u, they all make the class just lively.. i really felt good in the class....

So today..... 1st lesson, is all about the knife movement, and we made avocado orange salad..... was fun, especially when it comes to the onions part when most of them could not stand the stinging sensation of the onion in their eyes haha...... me, well just breathe thru ur mouth but funny thing is my eye did not feel the stinging sensation.... by the end everybody did come out with good looking salads, but i'm not sure about the taste, coz we never did get to taste it haha...

Even the cleaning up of the kitchen was fun, everybody is so co-operative, working like a team, and it seems like nobody complains about hating this or that, they just do it with a happy look, and by the end when all is done, everybody had this smile on their face, showing the look of satisfaction.... something which i rarely experience together with all my buddies back in M'sia...

Well, i seem to be enjoying this course more than other courses, maybe now i'll just focus in this course.... Ooo...Ooo....my sis took some pics of me in the kitchen uniform....... and says it's pretty cool, especially without the hat... i too think so hehe....
